About Us
Alberton Christian Academy is a private church school operating on the Accelerated Christian Education system.
The school was established in 1987 and operates under the leadership of the Living Word Ministries Church.
Our school began with a complement of ten students and has a present capacity for two hundred and thirty students. Alberton Christian Academy operates as a Section 21 Company and is registered with the Department of Education.
Treasure Tots Nursery School and the after care facility directly across from the school, was established in 2003. A college facility and extended school grounds was developed in 2006/2007.
Alberton Christian Academy has become one of the largest ACE schools operating in South Africa and Africa.

The High School years are extremely important as the learners grow and develop into the individuals they need to be before going out into their tertiary studies and careers. Our vision for the High School learners is to raise the standard spiritually, academically and emotionally thereby looking after each learner holistically.
Our staff have a desire to see the learners achieve and celebrate their accomplishments with them. With love, prayer, encouragement, security and motivation, our learners are able to achieve their potential. Throughout their schooling years, the learners develop character by being taught morals and values with spiritual input and discipline.
As a graduate of Alberton Christian Academy, I believe in our school, curriculum and the staff involved in building up the learners to be the individuals God intended them to be.

One of the basic reasons why parents enroll their children in a private school is to obtain a quality based education grounded in moral values. At Alberton Christian Academy students are encouraged to achieve high standards in their level of study based on a Christian methodology approach. This helps students, not only to gain knowledge, but to develop moral character, a sense of accountability and to gain wisdom through Godly principles. We encourage parents to invest and participate whole heartedly with us, in their education, for the Word of God instructs us to “train up a child in the way he should go for when he is old he will not depart from it”.
